Our vehicles must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipment. We offer financing for qualified buyers, contact us for details. Funds must be US dollars, PURCHASERS OUTSIDE THE STATE OF TEXAS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE APPROPRIATE SALES TAX, LICENSE TITLE AND TRANSFER FEES FOR YOUR STATE, COUNTY, CITY AND COUNTRY.
We do not accept wire transfers from foreign banks. Nor do we accept payments for over the purchase price or cashiers checks from foreign banks. Payments must be made from US Banks, with verifiable funds.
Earth Motor Cars makes no warranty claims. All cars are sold with either the balance of the MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY OR AS-IS. Check with the manufacturer for warranty details.
All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document preparation charge, and any emission testing charge. The price for listed vehicles as equipped does not include charges such as: License, Title, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes, Dealer Prep, Smog Fees, Credit Investigation, Optional Credit Insurance, Physical Damage of Liability Insurance, or Delivery Fees.
